Release Dates
Release dates on pre-orders are subject to change by the publisher. If there is any alteration in a release date after you have submitted a pre-order I will endeavour to inform you via email.
Payment
Payment of pre-orders will need to be done on initial checkout.
Due to the way that checkout works pre-order items must be purchased separately (Unless you are ordering multiples of the same item).
If you want to purchase 2 different pre-order products you will need to checkout twice
In stock items will need to be purchased separately to pre-order items as well.
Dispatch
Pre-orders will be dispatched 1-2 days before the release date.
Delivery
Over £20 – The majority of pre-orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 with the aim of arriving with you on release date. Some larger items may be posted via a courier using a tracked service designed to arrive with you on release date.
Under £20 – The majority of pre-orders under £20 will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class with the aim of arriving with you on release date.
Pricing
In the event of a price reduction on www.MaponusGaming.co.uk in a pre-order title prior to dispatch all customers will pay the lower amount. There will be no need to cancel and re-order to obtain the lower price. A refund will be sent for the price difference please allow up to 5 working days from release date for this.
In the event of a price increase on www.MaponusGaming.co.uk in a pre-order title prior to dispatch you will only pay the price that was advertised when you purchased the product. Unless there was a pricing error on the item initially.
Back Order
Some items will be available to back order. Back order items will typically take 1-2 working days (If there is a longer delay I will let you know) to arrive in stock and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock. Back Orders must be paid for on initial checkout.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel a pre-order or back order up until the item has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel after the item has been dispatched please refer to my Refunds and Returns policy
